Maintaining a comfortable and functional home environment is crucial for ensuring a high quality of life in today’s fast-paced world. However, homeowners often face challenges due to home maintenance tasks’ time-intensive and complex nature. This project emphasizes the importance of efficient home maintenance and proposes innovative solutions to address these issues. A thorough review of existing home maintenance applications and platforms was conducted to identify their strengths and limitations. Based on these findings, practical solutions were proposed, including object detection for identifying maintenance issues and virtual assistants to assist with self-service scenarios. This project introduces an online home maintenance services application developed using Flutter to bridge gaps between homeowners and service providers. By offering user-centric solutions to common challenges, the application enhances the maintenance experience by providing reliable, efficient, and accessible services. Ultimately, this initiative aims to improve customer satisfaction, streamline interactions, and set a new standard for home maintenance solutions.
