AREV presents an AI-based Real Estate Valuation System aimed at improving the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of property value estimation. The proposed system uti- lizes artificial intelligence to analyze property related data, incorporating image data through computer vision techniques to extract visual features for generate more reliable market value predictions. By adopting a data driven approach, the system reduces hu- man bias and enhances decision making efficiency for stakeholders such as investors and property owners. The system also emphasizes explainability to increase user trust and understanding of valuation outcomes.
